1. GST

All plan fees and add-on charges are exclusive of 18% Goods & Services Tax ("GST"). GST will be added to all invoices at the prevailing rate.

2. Plan Changes, Refunds & Rollovers

After activation, plans cannot be converted, upgraded, downgraded, cancelled or refunded before the end of their term, nor may unused services be carried forward to a subsequent term.

3. Commission

Commission is charged at the rate shown in the Pricing Sheet on:

• All successfully completed bookings; and
• Any cancellations initiated by the Service Provider.

No commission is charged on user-initiated cancellations unless caused by provider error (e.g., non-response, unavailability, misrepresentation).

4. EMI & Enterprise Pricing

• EMI: Available on the Yearly Plan via bank or credit card, subject to lender approval.
• Enterprise & Custom Pricing: Available upon request; contact servicepartners@nexbytravel.com for details.

5. Acceptance of Terms

These policies and the features, pricing, and rates set forth in the Pricing Sheet were reviewed, negotiated (where applicable), and expressly accepted by the Service Provider prior to onboarding.

1. Availability

Add-on services (In-App Promotions, Shoutouts, Digital Campaigns, Featured Listings) are available only to Service Providers with an active subscription plan. Standalone or one-time purchases by non-subscribers are not offered.

2. Unit Validity & Usage Limits

• Each add-on unit (e.g., one in-app promotion slot) is valid for 7 days from the date of activation.
• Unused units expire at term end and do not roll over.
• Each plan tier includes a fixed number of units; once exhausted, additional units may be purchased at the fixed per-unit rates specified in the Pricing Sheet. Rates vary by plan tier (e.g., Yearly vs. Monthly).

3. Fixed Rates & No Manual Overrides

All add-on rates are non-negotiable, publicly disclosed in the Pricing Sheet, and apply uniformly to all Service Providers under the same plan tier. One-off or manually billed add-ons are not permitted.

4. GST & Plan Term

As above, all add-on charges are exclusive of 18% GST. Once a plan term begins, its pricing, features, and rates remain fixed for that term; revisions apply only to new or renewed plans.

1. Profile Setup & Service Verification

Includes creation of the provider's listing, basic onboarding assistance, and verification of submitted documentation for platform eligibility.

2. Platform Support

Ongoing WhatsApp and email assistance for listing management, platform feature guidance, and operational queries. Does not include dispute resolution or customer-side support.

3. In-App Promotions

Promotional ad slots displayed between "Places" listings in the Nexby app. Each slot runs for 7 days and draws user attention to your service.

4. Promotions & Shoutouts

• App Notifications: Targeted push notifications to new or infrequent users in your service area (limited frequency to prevent fatigue).
• Social Media Shoutouts: Featuring your content (e.g., reels, testimonials) on Nexby's Instagram or YouTube channels, at Nexby's discretion and subject to content quality.

5. Digital Marketing

Basic inclusion in Nexby's broader campaigns, which may include:

• One mention in a general email newsletter; and/or
• A shared Instagram or Facebook/Meta post or story.

6. Featured Listing

Your service appears at the top of search results in selected locations or categories. Display slots are limited; once full, other listings revert to standard placement.

7. Verified Badge

A ✔ checkmark next to your service name signifying completion of Nexby's authenticity and documentation verification process.
